There is good car parking, changing and over all good facilities at our venues. The lessons consist of pole dancing spins, poses, transitions and more advanced vertical holds (over time and experience) on state of the art static and spinning poles. Within the lessons we have between 2 - 3 staff at hand, two instructors (Spins and Tricks instructors) and one first aid crew member.
Two instructors ensures that all students receive enough tuition time and enjoyment from each lesson. For info on venues please contact us!
We also have a team member who is trained in first aid and assists our performers on gigs and parties to help with assembly and security and occasionally accompanies the instructors at lessons.
Chesterfield / Grassmoor
We have classes in Chesterfield town centre and at Grassmoor. The Grassmoor classes take place on Wednesday evening from 6:15pm - 7:15pm (private lessons held after), We are currently looking to start lessons in Chesterfield. It is best to be 5 minutes early to make sure you get the most from our lessons.
Sutton-in-Ashfield
We hold classes at the Oxygen Fitness studio, located on Outram street in Suttons town centre. These lessons take place on a Tuesday evening from 8:30pm and Saturday mornings from 12 noon. It is best advised to make sure you are 5 minutes early. Mansfield We hold classes at The Romans Bar in Mansfield town Centre. These lessons take place on a Tuesday evening from 6:30pm. It is advised to make sure you are 5 minutes early.
Alfreton / Somercotes
We hold classes at The Somerlea Center in Somercotes, near Alfreton. These lessons take place on a Wednesday evening from 8:30pm. It is advised to make sure you are 5 minutes early.
Sheffield
We hold classes at The Cutler Bar / Star Dust Club, located just off Division Street in Sheffield City Centre. These lessons take place on a Thursday evening from 6:30pm. It is advised to make sure you are 5 minutes early. Private Pole tuition also available.
General Info
Within a group class there will be between one to four students sharing a pole depending on the size of a class. Each pole is equiped with state of the art pole crash mats aswell as gripping agents (chalk etc) and towels. Private lessons are available if best suited.

Private Tuition
We also offer private lessons for students who don’t feel confident enough to join larger groups, these can either be within one of the studios or even a home visit. These will consist of an hours training directly from instructor to pupil with no distraction and the use of a pole each. Home visits are a good way to ease yourself into pole dancing in the comfort of your own home, and even with the aid of friends and family as a joint private session!
