In 2008 two ladies decided it was time to try something new for fitness. After a few weeks, these girls were hooked by their new hobby and at attending just one class a week they started to see results in just four weeks. These ladies enjoyed meeting up with other females weekly, learning new moves and gaining body confidence in a comfortable environment....

After so long they decided it was time to offer the public their own spin on fitness and decided to go into business to offer YOU the chance to try something so exciting. This was when POLE MISSION was born......

Over the years Pole Mission have gone from strength to strength, listening to the people and giving them what they want. With an ever expanding group of instructors they are able to provide you with such a lesson plan that you will feel and see results!

Aerial fitness is something that offers females of ALL AGES the chance to try something daring but rewarding....with gymnastic classes being very limited for female adults, aerial fitness is the next best thing, if not better!

Pole dancing, Burlesque, Silks and Trapeze are for all shapes or sizes so dont be affraid that you won’t be able to do it. Aerial dance will help build coordination, strength, stamina, flexibility, athleticism, confidence and sensuality but most of all is a thoroughly enjoyable form of exercise and self expression.

For this reason Aerial Dance is now practised not just by exotic dancers but by everyday women (and men!) all around the world! Whether it is for fitness purposes, theatrical purposes or as a form of self expression demonstrating skill, elegance, sensuality and power...pole dance performs a role in many people's lives.
